  12. Does anyone know about the 'Degrader' program to enable 2.0+ users to use
  13. 1.3 programs?  I am aware of Multistart but am seeking an alternate
  14. solution.  Case in point: Ultima V played fine under 1.3, but under 2.1
  15. whenever I type a command the letters come out in duplicate or triplicate.
